Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow is an inflammation, soreness, or pain on the outside (lateral) side of the upper arm near the elbow. There may be a partial tear of the tendon fibers, which connect muscle to bone, at or near their point of origin on the outside of the elbow. It is a strain of the lateral forearm muscles or their tendinous attachments to the bone at the elbow. This is usually the result of some type of repetitive motion with the wrist or hand during athletics or on the job. Tennis elbow is often treated with physiotherapy, rest and injections into the effected tissue. Schedule a consultation and get tennis elbow pain relief today!
